Our Team

With more than 25 years in the design and development space, Erin Herman is the owner and operator of Signature Residence. Previously, Erin served within Vice President roles for organizations such as ALSAC St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the United Nations Children’s Fund USA. After leading global teams, Erin is thrilled to be back in Kansas City full time leading the helm at Signature Residence.

Erin’s family has been in the real estate and design build space for nearly 50 years and she is thrilled to champion her own female owned business to turn client’s ideas into reality. Erin leads a team of architects, interior designers, tradesmen, financiers, and operations bringing Signature Residence’s comprehensive approach to the forefront of today’s latest trends, sophistication, and exemplary living.

Erin resides in the Kansas City metropolitan area with her husband, daughter, and son. She holds a dual emphasis MBA in International Business and Leadership & Chance in Human Systems from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. She additionally holds a dual Bachelors of Science in Journalism with an Emphasis on Strategic Communication and a co-major of International Studies from the University of Kansas.
